FeedMaker is a tool that you upload to the root directory of your web site.  When you run FeedMaker it will scan the root folder to find files from which it will make an rss feed.

It starts with the index.htm or index.html file to create the heading of the rss feed.  The title of each page becomes the title of each entry in the feed.  The first paragraph of each pages becomes the description of the feed.
